Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitForm AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

FitForm AI is a fitness application that provides AI-powered exercise form analysis, workout tracking, GPS outdoor tracking, barcode food scanning, and personalized fitness coaching. The App is provided by Tyko Apps.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: Basic workout features are available at no cost.
• Premium Subscriptions: Monthly ($4.99/month), Yearly ($29.99/year), and Lifetime ($49.99 one-time) plans unlock all features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

FitForm AI is not a medical device. The App provides general fitness guidance and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Use the App at your own risk.

AI Form Analysis Disclaimer

The AI form correction feature provides general guidance based on camera analysis. It is not a substitute for a certified personal trainer. Results may vary based on camera angle, lighting, and other factors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of form analysis.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that exercise activities are appropriate for your fitness level.
• You must not use the App while operating vehicles or in situations where distraction could be dangerous.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within FitForm AI are the property of Tyko Apps and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tyko Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or financial loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
