FitForm AI ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by Tyko Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Profile Data: Name, age, weight, height, fitness goals, and activity level — stored locally on your device only.
• Sign in with Apple: If you choose to sign in, we receive your Apple ID name and email (or relay email). We do not store your Apple ID password.

Automatically Collected

• Camera Data: Used for AI form correction and barcode scanning. Camera frames are processed on-device and are never uploaded to external servers.
• Location Data: GPS coordinates during workout tracking sessions only. Location data is stored locally on your device.
• HealthKit Data: With your permission, we read and write workout data to Apple Health. This data stays within the Apple Health ecosystem.
• Barcode Scans: Product barcodes are sent to OpenFoodFacts (an open-source, public food database) to retrieve nutritional information. No personal data is sent with these requests.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide personalized workout recommendations
• Track your fitness progress over time
• Display nutritional information for scanned food products
• Enable social features (if you choose to participate)

Data Storage

All personal data (profile, workouts, goals) is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. We do not operate external servers that store your personal data.

Third-Party Services

• Apple StoreKit 2: Handles all subscription and purchase transactions. Payment data is managed entirely by Apple.
• OpenFoodFacts API: Used for barcode nutritional lookups. This is a free, open-source database. Only the barcode number is sent — no personal information.
• Apple HealthKit: Used with your explicit permission to sync workout data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

FitForm AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since data is stored locally, removal is immediate and complete.
